The Community Health Alliance of North Tonawanda (CHANT) is a Drug-Free Communities grantee funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Supported by this five-year grant, CHANT will work in North Tonawanda to foster healthy youth development and contribute to a healthy community for all NT citizens.
