2023 Prom Safety Awareness Week and Safety Symposium
Student's Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) and CHANT come together each year to plan a Senior Prom Breakfast and activities promoting a SAFE and SOBER Prom Night.

Teacher Appreciation Breakfast To honor all of our teachers, staff and administrators in the North Tonawanda School District for their dedication to keeping our kids learning in a safe and healthy environment, during this unprecedented time and always, CHANT will be offering a small token of our appreciation by providing them with a special breakfast! This will continue as a annual event to thank our educators for everything the do for our youth and community!
Smoke Free Parks Ordinance - Effective Immediately CHANT, The Tobacco Free Coalition of Erie and Niagara County and the Teen Leadership Council joined forces and spoke with North Tonawanda Common Council on the importance of smoke free parks. As a result, the Common Council passed an Smoke Free Park Resolution! All Parks and Recreation areas in the City of North Tonawanda are now smoke and vape free!
Red Ribbon Week - Poster Contest NT Intermediate School CHANT partnered with North Tonawanda Intermediate School to celebrate Red Ribbon Week with a "Say Boo to Drugs" poster contest! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners were selected in each grade level.
Healthy Families Photo Contest CHANT held a photo contest with the hope we could fill social media with positive pictures of families coming together. It worked! Families found fun and healthy activities to participate in! It was incredibly hard to choose a winner, since they were all so amazing. Three winners were selected: 1st place received a $100 gift card, 2nd place $50 and 3rd place $25. We will be hosting this event again very soon! These are just a few of the entries.
